-Tickets can be purchased online and at the gate when you visit.
-Dino packs will be handed out at the event when we scan your ticket.
-An email confirmation will be sent to you when your order is completed. You can either print it or pull them up on your phone when you arrive at the event. If you do not receive your tickets, PLEASE CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER. If you still didn't receive it then email us at Help@JurassicNation.com with the email address you used to make the purchase and confirmation code, if you have it.

-Guests are not allowed to ride in the bed of pickup trucks, due to insurance policies of the property owners.
-The tour lasts anywhere from 20 minutes to more than an hour depending how many cars are there at any given time. All vehicles will follow the same one-way route.
-No. Our exhibit is open rain or shine. If there is severe weather, we will reschedule your tickets for a different date and time.
-Absolutely! Please keep them in the vehicle at all times.
